A product of the 80's, Ben still owns a 1984 Apple Macintosh testifying to his claim to being an original Geeky Kid. His academic background is in business strategy focused around Open Source and software development methodologies. Ben spent 10 years in purchasing and supply chain management (including as a director of Media Tools PLC). He joined FCP Internet in 2001 as head of the “evolve” architecture team. Ben lists his ‘Likes’ as tech, entrepreneurship and innovation, positive 'can-do' people and anything that goes fast, bang or risks life and limb (among other things, he has been an enthusiastic skydiver). Andy is a thrill-chaser. And when he’s not scuba diving or motorbiking, he’ll be keeping his inner-geek happy playing online computer games. He studied hospitality management, general business strategies and people management - then spent several years honing his abilities to interact and deliver within the hospitality and recruitment industries. Andy joined the FCP Internet sales team in 2009 and since then, he tells us, has been “living the dream and everybody loves me.” He likes all things gadgety, anything with an engine, and positive people. But not Reality TV! |

Ashly is enthusiastic, passionate with a keen sense of adventure. She studied Business Studies, Accounting and Sociology and her career background spans recruitment within the Driving, Industrial and Recruiter-to-Recruiter industries, prior to joining us in 2008 initially as a Sales Executive before moving on to the marketing role she does today. Ashly likes skiing, surfing and photography – and anything that prompts laughter. Dislikes people eating loudly! |
Ashly Tiller Nick John Charming, affable, and representing the Grey Hairs necessary in a business, Nick is an Electronic Engineer gone astray in the Human Capital management field. After developing a successful European Sales and Product Marketing career in the semiconductor industry with Philips, Motorola and Intel Corp, Nick has built and run boutique IT/Tech recruitment consultancies for over 20 years. He brought this senior management maturity and recruitment industry expertise to FCP Internet in 2007. He likes Rugby - whether it’s the Welsh, the Ospreys, the World Cup, British Lions tours or other internationals and dislikes decorating. |
 Rachel Chambers Rachel is optimistic, positive and always looking for the best in things and people. She gained her Bachelor’s in Education studying Dress & Textiles at Bath where, she tell us, she “had a great time”. After seven years on the front line as a senior-school specialist teacher, Rachel changed tack, retrained and went on to enjoy over 18 years in recruitment business support and administration management – and brought this expertise to the NowWeComply team in 2011. Rachel likes dogs, walking, sunshine and snow - preferably altogether – and can't stand vulgar children and litterbugs. |
