The Dashboard has a traffic light system which alerts the System Administrator to any Criteria which have become overdue for completion or renewal.
Criteria that are due within the period displayed but which are not due to be notified are shown green; Criteria where the notfication date is within the period and that day is today or later show as orange, and those Criteria that are past their due date show red.
The same rules apply to Targets. Those Targets that have no Criteria past the notification date show green (of course they will only be displayed on the Dashboard if they have Criteria to complete within the period); those which have any orange Criteria will show orange, and those that have any red Criteria will show red.
There are some Criteria that have no date - either because they don't expire (they are just a "to do" item) or because they are ASAP. In this case they show orange unless they are completed when they would show green (but would only then display if the Target has other Criteria which are outstanding).
