In this video we will show you how to use the In-Level Sequencer. The In-Level Sequencer allows the response to one Criteria to determine which Criteria is presented to the Target next within a level. This feature is only available if you are using the enterprise edition.
Once you are logged in to your NowWeComply account, click “ admin, “levels” and then “add a new level.”
For the purposes of this video we are going to use an existing Level.
The In-Level Sequencer is only relevant if you have More than one Criteria in a Level and at least one Criteria has specific options for response as in Yes/No, single and multi select and checkbox response types.
At the In-Level Sequencer section switch it “On”.The Criteria you have added to the Level will appear on the left hand side of the screen. Drag and drop your first Criteria into the first stage which is shown as a faint rectangle. When its in the right place a bright green strip will pop up behind it. A node will appear on the bottom of the Criteria for each possible response it contains.
Drag and drop your next Criteria into the stage below. Again, when it is in the right place a bright green strip will pop up behind it. Drag any further Criteria for this second stage into it.
From the node representing the required response on your first Criteria drag a connector to the next Criteria you wish to display to the Target - this will be one in your second stage. If the Target gives any response other than this to the first Criteria they will not receive the second Criteria. Repeat this for other responses to be connected to the appropriate next Criteria. It is worth noting that you can have two different responses connect to the same next Criteria. And you can have several stages in one level.
This example represents a Target being asked whether they have a current CRB. If they answer yes they are asked to provide the expiry date for that CRB. If they answer no they are asked for permission to proceed with this check. If they answer YES thereby giving permission to proceed they are then asked to provide address history which will be used in the CRB application. However, if they answer NO to this request they will not receive the final Criteria
Complete the remainder of the Level and click Save.
